In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (FACA), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Southwest Colorado Resource Advisory Council (RAC) and Northwest Colorado RAC will meet as indicated below. The Southwest Colorado RAC meetings will be held February 7, 2003 at the Bureau of Land Management, Western Slope Center Office located at 2465 South Townsend in Montrose, Colorado; April 11, 2003 at the Center of Southwest Colorado--Ft. Lewis College located at 1000 Rim Drive in Durango, Colorado; June 27, 2003 at the Paonia Community Center located at 214 Grand in Paonia, Colorado; and August 8, 2003 at the Land Use Dept. Conference Room located at 110 Mall Road in Ridgway, Colorado. The Northwest Colorado RAC meeting will be held February 21, 2003 at the Holiday Inn located at 755 Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, Colorado. Both the Southwest and Northwest Colorado RAC meetings will begin at 9 a.m. and adjourn at approximately 4 p.m. Public comment periods at the meetings will be in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and in the afternoon, to start no later than 3 p.m.
