Used Clutton-Brock index of social dominance to calculate relative rank. CBI calculated from ratio of wins and losses during agonistic events for each individual using equation (B + b + 1)/(L + l + 1), where B is total number of individuals 'beaten' who previously lost interaction to focal individual, b is number of individuals who those individuals who were 'beaten' have won against, L is number of individual 'winners' who have won against focal individual, and l is number of individuals to whom 'winners' have lost.
