1. Prepare baseline meteorological forcing data
   Model was driven by observed meteorological datasets from water year 2006, chosen to represent baseline conditions because it most closely matched historical means of temperature and precipitation data available from two SNOTEL sites within the domain (1985-2014). 2. Design climate perturbation scenarios
