   Quantified lipid, glycogen and protein content, and dry mass of eggs collected at ages 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, and 19 days. Egg protein content quantified for one egg from each age using Bradford dye-binding method following modified protocols. Quantified glycogen content of pooled sample of 4 eggs from each age following modified protocol. For egg triglycerides used pooled sample of 3 to 4 eggs from each age using standard protocol for Infinity Triglycerides Stable Reagent.
